About Flourish Conference 2025

Flourish is a ministry expression of the Leading Ladies Global Network, a conference designed to encourage, equip, and empower women in ministry and the marketplace to become more effective in their God-given kingdom assignments. Our calling as believers extends beyond the four walls of the church; God has given us a mandate to advance the kingdom agenda and influence the various sectors we occupy for His glory. As Isaiah 2:2 says, “In the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it.”

The conference is open to women serving in various areas of leadership, including Pastors, Ministers, Ministers’ Wives, Ministry Leaders, Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Directors, Non-Profit Founders, Authors, Educators, Creators, Emerging Leaders, and more.

Flourish provides a space to hear from God and gain fresh insights to help you stay at the cutting edge of your assignment. It also offers an opportunity to network and connect with like-minded individuals.

The theme for this year’s conference is: ARISE & BUILD, inspired by the story of Nehemiah as he rose to the challenge of rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. We believe we are in a Nehemiah season, where God is seeking willing vessels to partner with Him.

Nehemiah 2:20 states, “So I answered them and said to them, ‘The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no heritage or right or memorial in Jerusalem.’”

This year, God has prepared seasoned speakers from different continents who will share their personal life stories and insights on how to navigate the call to Arise & Build. Topics include:

  • How to Build Lasting Financial Strategies
  • Strategies Necessary to Build and Make an Impact in Your Sphere of Influence

Conference host

Pastor Bimbola Lawore (fondly called Pastor B) is a woman of grace and wisdom, an encourager counselor and mentor to many women in her sphere of influence. She is passionate about empowering women physically, emotionally, and spiritually so that they can successfully live a life of purpose. She believes every woman is specially designed by God to add value and beauty to this world.

She is a co-pastor of Agape House of Worship Family of Churches, Roselle, New
Jersey along with her husband, Pastor Jide Lawore. At her local church, she leads the
Women of Purpose Ministry, a ministry that helps women to discover, develop and
demonstrate their God given abilities.

She is the founder of Pastors’ Wives Network and Leading Ladies Global Network
(LLGN) through this ministry expressions; she creates forums where women in ministry
and marketplace leadership can learn, network and be empowered to flourish in their
various life assignments. She also serves on the board of Touch Link Inc., 501(c) (3)
organization that uplifts victims of domestic violence.

Pastor B wears many hats as she operates in the different areas of her calling. She is a mother to her church family, a woman leader, a devoted wife to her husband, and a loving mother of three amazing teenagers. She holds a master’s degree in accounting and works as Tax Compliance Manager in the Public Sector.
