Pastor Elvia Cabrera is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother of six, pastor, and accomplished professional. In 1988, she and her husband, Dr. Fernando Cabrera, founded New Life Outreach International in the Bronx, where she continues to serve in full-time ministry.
Throughout her life, Pastor Elvia has successfully balanced her calling to ministry with family, business, and leadership. Her professional experience includes serving as an executive assistant to senior executives while working bi-vocationally to help build the church. She has also developed extensive experience in real estate and financial investing.
In addition to her local ministry, Pastor Elvia provides oversight for international missions in Peru, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and other nations, helping to strengthen ministry outreach and advance the work of the church globally.
Her life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to faith, family, leadership, wise stewardship, and serving others.
